What changes the price

  • Full facelift or mini lift. A mini or lower facelift is a smaller surgery: the U.S. median on NavMDs is $8,800 (128 prices). Compare mini facelift surgeons.
  • Add-ons. A neck lift, brow lift, eyelid surgery or fat grafting is often combined with a facelift and raises the total. A neck lift alone has a $8,500 median (104 prices).
  • Surgeon and location. Experience and zip code move a quote more than anything else.
  • What’s included. Surgeon’s fee, anesthesia and the operating room are often quoted separately.

About the data

NavMDs medians use one full-facelift price per surgeon (deep plane and SMAS included). Mini and lower facelifts, neck-lift-only, thread lifts, revisions and non-surgical “facelifts” are excluded. New York City is the five boroughs; the L.A. area is Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica and nearby cities. Medians rather than averages, so one extreme quote can’t skew an area. New York City has 11 prices, so treat its median as a guide. Your price depends on your surgeon, your location and what’s included. This is not medical advice.
