Keravive is a scalp treatment that involves suction and hydration to remove dirt, oil, and dead skin. Hyaluronidase is used to dissolve HA filler. Reasons to dissolve filler include loss of lip border crispness, bumps, and filler visible in the wet lip border. Adding more filler is not always the answer to filler migration. Swelling is normal after hyaluronidase injections but will likely be gone by the evening.

Skin death is called necrosis. The method of handling necrosis depends on the situation. It's important to ask surgeons about complication management during consultations.

Kiresis is a fish skin graft used at MCS. The fish skin is processed and sterile, with the genetic material removed. Fish skin grafts can increase healing rates for skin necrosis and can be used instead of skin grafts from the patient's own body. Fish skin can be used to treat skin necrosis after cosmetic procedures like breast augmentation, facelifts, and tummy tucks. Fish skin can be used as a temporary dressing to cover the affected area while new skin grows. The dermal side of the fish skin faces down when applied to the wound bed. Fish skin is typically left in place for a few days to a week. Fish skin should only be used under the guidance of a certified healthcare professional. Patients may need to avoid exposure to water or other sources of contamination while the fish skin is in place to prevent infection.

The first thing we look for when considering neurotoxin treatment is what your face looks like when you're not animating.
