While a traditional deep plane facelift is an excellent operation, Dr. Bolourian observed limitations, particularly with persistent nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and lower face heaviness. His 'Deeper' Plane Facelift is an evolution that, after the traditional deep plane release, selectively addresses deeper anatomy when indicated.
