Dr. Holt's practice offers the JUVÉDERM® Collection of 6 unique fillers, which can be used in 7 areas of the face to provide smooth, natural-looking results. Specific fillers and their approved uses include: JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC for age-related volume loss in cheeks, chin profile improvement, and moderate to severe temple hollowing; JUVÉDERM® VOLUX® XC for moderate to severe loss of jawline definition; JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC for undereye hollows and lip fullness; JUVÉDERM® ULTRA XC for lip fullness; and JUVÉDERM® VOLLURE® XC & JUVÉDERM® ULTRA PLUS XC for smoothing moderate to severe lines around the nose and mouth. These fillers are for adults over 21. Contraindications include a history of severe allergic reactions or allergies to any ingredients, including lidocaine. Patients should inform their doctor about a history of scarring or use of medicines that decrease immune response or prolong bleeding. Common side effects include injection-site redness, swelling, pain, tenderness, firmness, lumps, bumps, bruising, discoloration, or itching. There is a rare risk of unintentional injection into a blood vessel, which can cause vision abnormalities, blindness, stroke, temporary scabs, or permanent scarring. All JUVÉDERM® products should only be injected by a licensed and trained specialist, and there is a risk of infection with all skin injection procedures. The effectiveness of removal of any dermal filler has not been studied.

Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) uses light energy to target melanin in the hair, converting it to heat to disrupt or destroy the follicle and inhibit hair growth. It's best to start LHR in the fall or winter to ensure a baseline skin tone for optimal laser settings. Long-term sun exposure is prohibited for at least two weeks post-treatment. The practice typically recommends at least 8 treatments per area, scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks for a total of 8 months. After the 8th treatment, the area is assessed for additional needs. It's important to note that LHR is never 100% effective, and touch-up treatments are needed at least once every four to six months after completing the initial series.

Barrier Calming Cream is a restorative, noncomedogenic cream that soothes, fortifies the skin barrier, and optimizes skin renewal. Clinical testing showed that when used with Retinol Complex 0.5 for 6 weeks, it resulted in a 40% reduction in dryness and a 31% reduction in visible redness.
