• I do commonly two different types of facelift, and sometimes I just do the neck by itself for patients who are only concerned by their neck. When I do a facelift, I always do the neck as part of the facelift

Technique

• Dr. M. Hugh Bailey's practice uses the Emphase device for lifting, sculpting, and to restore youth.
• And then I do a type of deep plane facelift where I lift all the tissues off the bone. It's also known as a subperiosteal facelift. That gives a more dramatic correction
• The way I do the lower eyelid, I move up the junction of the lid and the cheek, which falls down with age, and I fill in the hollow below the bagginess of the eye using that same fat and the upper edge of the cheek fat

• I love it, and it's the best kind of device we have in our office
• We've had an EMSCOP NEO for several years, using it for building strength in the muscles, removing fat and toning and defining muscles
• Now, BTL has obtained FDA approval for a different software application for this device that allows us to treat functional problems in the arms and legs
