• One of our favorite procedures to do under local in the office
• We operated on a mix of things from small to large, everything from things people were born with to large, keloids to deforming trauma to cancers
• Dr. Leilie Javan will return to performing largely reconstructive procedures, similar to those she did at the start of her practice, to help patients who are in great need.
• Dr. Leilie Javan's practice performs 360-degree body lifts.

Technique

• Dr. Leilie Javan's practice uses long-acting local anesthetic pain blocks to eliminate or minimize the need for narcotics postoperatively.

Training & credentials

• We would operate from 730 to four with a 20 minute lunch break

Safety

• So much of what I do can be done under local or at least with a long acting pain block

Results

• Upper eyelid blepharoplasty provides a subtle improvement that is not obvious to others.
