He loathes areola reduction as a standalone procedure but loves it when performed with a breast lift or reduction. He strongly advises against buttock implants due to a high rate of complications and infections in most surgeons' hands, recommending Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) as a much better alternative. For the chin area, he prefers submental liposuction over Kybella, stating it's the best option. He also loves knee liposuction, finding it superior to CoolSculpting for the knees due to better results. Dr. Weiler is a fan of RF microneedling for improving skin with little downtime, and jaw filler for defining the jawline. He is very against buccal fat removal, explaining that while it can give a sculpted look when young, this fat is crucial for facial preservation and an appropriate appearance as one ages. He also loves beef tallow as a moisturizer but loathes PRP for hair restoration, though he acknowledges PRP can improve skin tone and texture.

Sculptra is a collagen stimulator made with polylactic acid that encourages the body to build its own natural collagen over time. Dr. Weiler's practice uses it to treat crepey, sagging skin, such as around the knees. The treatment involves gently numbing the area for comfort, injecting Sculptra into the deep layers of the skin using a cannula, and finishing with a quick massage to ensure even distribution. Results build gradually over time, and the procedure involves no surgery and no downtime, restoring structure and improving skin tone.
