Keep people that do nothing but bring drama to the office..hire a replacement for some one who quit then fired the replacement for no cause to give the one that quit her job back Then gave the new one they fired vacation pay she hadn't earned and 2000 in severance deal. Dr. Alexander, who has 2 yrs left as medical director for skin care Institute (which he tells his pts to shop around, there are other spas) spends half the year in Florida so he can claim that has his primary residence so not even in the state to provide oversight.
