The LiteLift is Dr. Horowitz's signature procedure, pioneered by him and Dr. Nichter, and has been performed for nearly 20 years. It is an alternative to a traditional facelift, offering benefits such as fewer incisions, less downtime, and natural-looking results. It specifically lifts volume back to the cheek and improves the nasolabial fold more effectively than traditional lifts.

Silicone gel implants are generally softer, feel more natural, and have a lower chance of firmness. However, detecting a silent rupture often requires an MRI, as mammograms may not always pick it up. Saline implants allow for smaller incisions and offer peace of mind regarding leaks, as the body naturally absorbs the saline. A disadvantage of saline is that a rupture can lead to sudden deflation, described as a 'flat tire'. More than 30% of women still choose saline primarily for this peace of mind.

The practice uses Volox, a product recently released by Allergan, as a filler to help create a straighter line in treated areas.

The practice offers a new weight management program featuring custom packages that include coaching, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide medications (active ingredients in Ozempic and Mounjaro), which can be shipped directly to your home. Appointments are available virtually or in-person.

Semaglutide is indicated for individuals with high blood pressure, fatty liver, and addictive tendencies (such as curbing shopping, alcohol, and smoking). Tirzepatide is also used to treat non-alcoholic liver disease, proving equally or more effective than insulin.

Patients can obtain Semaglutide and Tirzepatide medications through the practice's weight management program without needing to go through health insurance. Medications can be shipped to your home, often by the end of the following week.
