I made an online appointment that said "free consultation" I call the office to verify and Lisa says they do not make online appointments. I sent her the link for the online appointment and asked for a call back but never received. So I have to call back and then she made new verbal appointment. I asked for email confirmation. She never sent. Called left messages. No call back. Then I get an email from Heather canceling appointment. Called again and Janice answers says she will have Lisa call me. Lisa finally calls me back and says she does not know Heather. I asked about free consultation and she tells me I have to pay a deductible. Not too free. I decided to find an office that is more organized as this one is in disarray.
