Approach

- I don't like to inject that area. Some people do. I think the best treatment for that is to do a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, remove some of that fat, and then take the rest of that fat and reposition it

- Double chin would be either liposuction with some minimally invasive technology such as Renuvion or FaceTite or a neck lift
- Loose abdominal skin will be if it's not too bad, you could do the liposuction with Renuvion or you could do a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty
- And then we use an endoscope, which is basically a TV and a camera that goes under the brow, under the scalp. And we pull the brow up and anchor it with little dissolvable anchors to lift the brow
