Change your clothes when you get inside, and wash your face and eyes with cold water, especially before bed. Use preservative-free artificial tears like Systane or Refresh. Cold compresses can help. Pataday 0.2% (1-2x/day, applied in eyes or on eyelids) is recommended for anything itching or burning. Avoid Clear Eyes and Visine.
