Dr. Huang-Begovic performs tummy tucks using a low incision. She lifts the skin and fat, tightens the abdominal muscles with sutures, and removes as much skin as possible. She uses a signature contouring technique to create the appearance of abs and a special technique to make a new belly button. Incision placement is very important. She carefully elevates all the tissues off the abdominal wall and tries to re-center the belly button after the repair. She carefully places two layers of sutures.
