Dr. Z uses Nail Envy by OPI to keep their nails strong. They lightly file down ridges on their nails, then apply two coats of Nail Envy every Monday, another coat two days later, and another coat two days after that. They wipe off the Nail Envy the following Monday and repeat the process. What is Upneeq and how does it work?
Upneeq is an eyedrop that opens the eye by reducing eyelid closure. It stimulates the muscle that opens the eye and whitens the sclera (white part of the eye). Upneeq can brighten eye color and lasts for hours. Dr. Z uses it for events or pictures to make their eye look brighter and whiter. Botox lifts the eyebrow, but Upneeq lifts the eyelid, providing a more awake opened eye.

How does Dr. Z perform milia extractions?
Dr. Z extracts milia, which are small white bumps, using an 11 blade to gently open the top of the milia. They then use cotton swabs to squeeze out the contents of the milia after unroofing them.
